1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this platform (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. What we provide
We are an independent reseller of social media marketing services. We accept orders, deliver them through our delivery partners, and report progress back to you.
We do not control, and are not affiliated with, any social media platform. Trade marks belonging to those platforms are used only to describe which platform a service targets.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- provide accurate, publicly accessible links for your orders;
- keep the target account public and available for the duration of delivery;
- not order services for content that is unlawful, or that infringes another person's rights;
- comply with the terms of the social media platform you are targeting.
Ordering engagement may be contrary to the terms of service of the platform you are targeting. You are responsible for deciding whether to do so, and for any consequences.
5. Account balance
Funds added to your balance are credit for use on this Service. They are not a deposit, do not earn interest, and are credited only once payment has been confirmed by our payment provider.
Orders are paid for from your balance at the price shown before you confirm.
6. Orders and delivery
Prices, minimums, maximums and delivery estimates are shown at the point of order and may change over time. Estimated start times and delivery speeds are estimates, not guarantees.
We may decline, hold or cancel an order — including after it has been placed — where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, abusive, or cannot be delivered. Where we do, we return the charge to your balance.
7. What we do not promise
We do not promise any particular commercial outcome, level of engagement, monetisation, or that any platform will treat your account in any particular way. We do not promise that delivered engagement will remain permanently, except where a service explicitly includes a refill window.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or where required by law. Where an account is closed and holds a balance that is not subject to a dispute, we will return it by the original payment method where practical.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Where a change is material we will give notice through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to the support address shown on our contact page.
